Richard W. MacMillan and his wife, Pamela, purchased this 4,704-square-foot home in 2007 for $6,350,000, originally built in 1994 southeast of Paradise Valley Country Club. The MacMillans are the sole members of the Verde River Ranch LLC, which has been embroiled in longstanding court battle with SRP over water rights for the Verde River.
