Klein formed Westside Property Investment Company in 1998 and has been actively involved in real estate acquisitions and management since 1990. From 1999 through 2007, he was a founder and principal of Icon Investment Group, Inc., who acquired and sold more than $350 million of real estate assets in 75 transactions. Prior to forming Westside, he specialized in real estate acquisitions for Credit Suisse First Boston.
