This IRGC Guest House is an Iranian military-run guesthouse in Tehran.
It was the location of the 2024 assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, carried out by Israel. Haniyeh was killed in his accommodation after attending the inauguration ceremony for Iranian president Masoud Pezeshkian. The assassination was nearly called off due to a malfunctioning air conditioner in the building. Haniyeh was on the verge of changing rooms before the IRGC was able to repair it.
