Litowitz is a Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Head of Event Driven at Magnetar Capital, LLC. He co-founded the firm in September 2005 and is responsible for firm-wide management with a focus on investments including overall investment strategy, global equities investing, risk management, and the assembly and implementation of new trading teams and strategies. Prior to this, Mr. Litowitz was the Principal and Global Head of Equities at Citadel Investment.
